CIUDAD EN CUERPO is an artistic and research project that explores the intersections between our bodies and the everyday urban environments we inhabit.
The project reflects from the body on how the city, its configuration and materiality, affect us, modify our behavior, guide our habits, our movements and the way in which we relate to each other and live together.
The playing field was different spaces in the urban environment of the neighborhood of Arganzuela and Matadero.
Things I don’t usually do when I walk down the street:
look,
look closely at people,
approaching someone and watching how they walk,
look at how they look,
to stand behind someone who is not part of the group.
Isolated from the outside, from light, from noise, from people and connected with a million bags of crisps.
The Chinese shop had the door open and two hundred kinds of crisps, each bag a different color. What a bubble.
